David and the Great Detective

‘And then the three gangsters start running … running after the Great Detective!’ (p.30)

Today is a lovely summer’s day! Some people are taking their dogs for a walk, other people are jogging around the park. On such a fine sunny morning, David is dreaming of David Delgado who is Great Detective. He likes David Delgado so much and he hopes he become like him. On his way home, he encounters Jack who is missing his bike. Jack is top to make fun of David. However, David decides to help him like David Delgado. He has an idea where the bike is because he has seen the boys riding it. Next day, David and Jack find the boys and Jack’s bike. In the end, they become good friends with each other.

I want to be like him who has kindness for anyone.
